TVs are out of date fire sticks that won’t work, dryer will not dry. Furnishings such as couch and bed are nearly unusable.

MUsC Graduation Weekend

Our stay here could not have been better. The location, home and neighborhood were perfect. Easy drive to North Charleston Coliseum. Great parking in garage and back of house. Kitchen and living area is on second floor. Bedrooms and private baths were great. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Decent

Property was on the better side of average, rooms were good sized, furnished well and it had enough space for our group. Kitchen was lacking a lot of the basics needed to cook and what was there was very beat up.

Pleasant stay but improvement potential

Bedroom and bathroom setup was awesome! Unit could use some TLC, lots of staining on carpets. Only one bedroom had a TV and none of the bedrooms had a ceiling fan. Weren’t cooking fortunately but the kitchen wasn’t well stocked.

Mattresses were a bit too firm, like a rock. We had to purchase mattress memory foam toppers after one night. After cooking a meal, we discovered only four forks to eat with. Master bedroom upstairs needs something over windows....woke the baby up when sun came up. Otherwise, we really liked the house.

Not what it seems

Upon arrival nothing was working ,reached out to owner and he did not seem to concerned. After some thought realized a breaker was flipped. No help from owner. Also master had no door of window coverings not even bathroom. Only one bedroom had a ceiling fan, made for stuffy nights. And last the washing machine did not work. Nice townhouse but need some work!

Here's a review under 1500 characters:---Unfortunately, this townhome did not meet expectations, and I'd encourage future guests to set theirs accordingly. The property is very worn throughout. Many pieces of furniture were damaged, and several cabinet doors were broken or hanging off their hinges. The carpets were noticeably dirty—I kept socks on the entire stay because I didn't want to walk barefoot anywhere. We also dealt with ants coming in through the windows on the second floor, right in the room with the bunk beds where the kids were sleeping. That was an unwelcome surprise and not something I'd expect in a rental. The plumbing was another real concern. The second-floor shower backed up every time the toilet on that same floor was flushed, which made getting ready in the mornings frustrating and a little unsanitary.I don't think any of these issues are unfixable, but collectively they made the stay uncomfortable. The place needs significant upkeep—deep cleaning, furniture repairs or replacements, pest control, and a plumber to look at the drainage—before it's really ready to host guests. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, because the location and layout have potential that the current condition doesn't live up to.
