Buddy's East Austin Oasis + Sparkling Pool!
Enjoy a modern E. Austin home minutes from downtown w/ above ground pool (weather permitting). Minutes from nearby music, shopping, bars/restaurants & parks. Fully furnished kitchen, XL gated front & back yards w/ foosball + ping pong + croquet + air hockey + string lights + full size grill!!! Safe & secluded w/ lots of space to relax. Wifi included. Comfortably accommodates 8-9 guests.
Dogs allowed ONLY w/ owner's approval & pet fee. (*Pool closed during cold weather*)
3 Queen bedrooms w/ brand new mattresses + new furniture/decor (2021) throughout the home! 3 bedrooms + LG comfortable sofa couch + LG futon fits 9 guests comfortably. Kitchen has been recently remodeled and all appliances and kitchenwares are new (2021). Backyard oasis at Buddy's has a sparkling pool (weather permitting), ping pong table, bocce ball, string lights & grill. Entire property is fully gated, safe and very secluded!
Note: The property is professionally mowed every other Thursday. Just FYI!
Guests will be sent the gate code and front door key panel code prior to check in. Home is securely gated with off street parking available for 2-3 vehicles.

Husband’s 30th Birthday - amazing stay
We came to Austin with friends to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday. This Vrbo was a great set up for us to hang out whenever we weren’t out and about. Candace was so welcoming and the place was spotless! Thank you for a great weekend!

Great place to relax!
I was on the road with my band. There were eight of us all together. Our shows were hectic and wild, so this little place was a perfect respite from the chaos. We all loved chilling in the backyard in the morning with our coffees, and settling down together at night watching Netflix. I wish I could stay here every time we come to Austin!

The only complaint I have was it was hot in the house but we just cracked a window or two open for a bit and all was fine. Other than that, the house was a good size for 6-7 people, about 10 min from most popular spots around downtown, house had all essentials necessary, would definitely stay again if needed

Popular "East side" of Austin just minutes to downtown! Close to local coffee shops, restaurants & bars as well as parks and The Tillery Street Plant Co. (great for strolling)! The "east side" is the "cool, hip" area of downtown Austin. Safe, fun, lots to eat, drink and DO!! So much music - you're sure to have a blast. A short, easy trip to Lake Austin for getting outdoors -- paddle boarding, boating, canoeing, hiking & biking trails and enjoying this amazing city! Local favorites for transportation are Uber/Lyft and electric & regular bicycles.
What makes this property unique
East Austin is THE place to be. Close to everything - music, nightlife, the best restaurants and bars, shopping, etc... and then head down to the lake for paddle boarding, hiking & biking and taking a dip in the water!
