Our newly renovated holiday apartment is located on the beautiful island of Niederwerth.

The university town of Vallendar can be reached via a bridge in just 700 m. From there, Koblenz can be reached in a short time by bus and train.

The bedroom has a large box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an armchair bed (approx. 1.95m x 0.80m), a wardrobe. The room must be completely darkened for better sleeping comfort.

The living/dining area has a sofa, a large flat screen TV, a radio and a dining table for three people.

The new fitted kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available.

The new bathroom has a shower.

During your stay you can use the Internet via Wi-Fi free of charge.

The property also includes free parking.

Sehr gute Ausstattung - doch kein Platz für Raucher

So toll die FeWo, so armselig die Möglichkeit, gemütlich eine Pfeife zu rauchen. Auf Steinstufen im Eingangsbereich...! Keine wirklich akzeptable Sitzmöglichkeit im Hof, die im Übrigen auch von Nichtrauchern genutzt werden könnte. Nicht gästeorientiert. Führte zur Abwertung.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sieht genau wie auf den Fotos aus. Große Fenster lassen viel Licht rein, diese können aber komplett abgedunkelt werden, was ich super finde. Ich fand die Lage auch sehr schön, der dörfliche Charakter von Niederwerth lädt zu Spaziergängen auf der Insel ein und es können Früchte von gekennzeichneten Bäumen gegessen werden. Die Brücke kann sowohl von Autos als auch von Fahrrändern und Fußgängern überquert werden und es führt ein Radweg direkt nach Koblenz. Das Radnetz ist insgeamt sehr gut ausgebaut. Die Küchenausstattung war hervorragend und das Wohnzimmer hat eine bequeme Couch mit Smart-TV. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas hellhörig, da dort die nächste Wohnung angrenzt. Etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen hat die Sauberkeit, waren doch einige typische Stellen in Küche und Bad nicht geputzt und ich fürchte es war insgesamt nur deshalb noch im Rahmen, da die Wohnung neu ist. Da sollte sich der Gastgeber ranhalten. Außerdem war im Eingangsbereich und Bad ständig ein Geruch nach kaltem Rauch wahrzunehmen, der mit Lüften nicht wegging. Mit dem Toilettenpapier hätte man nicht zu sehr geizen sollen, eine Rolle war doch etwas wenig für 1 Woche. Insgesamt haben wir uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles passend für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich gut für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt in Koblenz. Die Verbindung zum Zentrum ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war hell und freundlich und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet.

Wohnung für Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung war sauber und modern. Sie ist perfekt für ein paar Tage Ruhe und Erholung. Auf der Insel kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen und man ist in kurzer Zeit in Koblenz und kann sich die Stadt ansehen.
