About this property
Walk-to-Ski Historic Old Town Cottage
One of Park City`s oldest buildings, the historic Mary Shea House has been painstakingly restored to preserve its mining heritage and offer the best of modern luxury. Situated just four doors up from Historic Main Street and only a stone`s throw to the nearest ski run, this home is perfectly positioned to offer the best of everything Park City has to offer.
This is Unit A, the historic home. Unit B is a separate unit that was added onto the property in the 1970s. Both, along with the basement Unit C, are available to rent together for large groups.
There`s a separate unit (the Mary Shea House Annex) that shares one small wall with this cottage. While you may see other guests outside the house, each unit is completely private, with separate entrances.
While we live out of state, a professional, family-run property manager is never more than a phone call away.
This home is nestled right in the heart of historic Old Town Park City

Hi, we're the Knights. We hope you enjoy your time in Park City as much as we do.
We bought the Mary Shea House — along with the annex nextdoor — in 2020.
Built in the late 1880s, the Mary Shea House is one of the oldest surviving homes in Park City. The original owners were the Sheas — Jerome, Mary, Cornelius, and William. Not long after they moved in, Jerome died of miner's lung. Mary raised her two boys here and became a key figure in Old Town life.
After William passed away in 1960, the house was sold and then sold again in the 1970s to the family who built the annex. We bought the house from that family and see ourselves as caretakers of this little piece of Park City History.
