This charming 1970s cottage is in a peaceful neighborhood outside the heart of downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue South, known for its boutique shops, galleries, and fabulous dining scene. The Gulf of Mexico is just 2 miles away for those seeking a day at the beach. This well-appointed, newly renovated, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage features a bonus room and a large fenced-in backyard. Thoughtfully equipped with indoor and outdoor living spaces, you can enjoy a cocktail or meal in the covered outdoor area, sit in the backyard, watch the geckos, birds, and butterflies, or play a game of corn hole.
