'Mindfulness'. Rest and relaxation... All this can be found in our beautiful holiday home Domizil amidst the picturesque Seepark Nordhorn.
Enjoy nature with all your senses, recharge your batteries in our spa with sauna and whirlpool and explore the diverse excursion and sports activities of the water town Nordhorn am Vechtesee.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays 10, - Euro per night.
Costs for electricity, gas and water are included.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
City tax does not apply. Car parking space at the house.
Even your four-legged darling is welcome. Pets per booking 20, - Euro

The house has two bedrooms with double beds. For our younger guests a baby travel bed and a highchair are available. An extra bed with extra beds for 2 more people is possible.

The open-plan living area has a comfortable sitting area with log burning stove, a dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchenette. Here you will find everything to spoil your loved one to your heart's content.

At the gallery you can relax on the relax armchairs and enjoy the beautiful view. Soak up the sun on our terrace with adjoining garden.

In bad weather, TV, Wi-Fi, stereo, books and games provide entertainment. Or explore the numerous sights of Grafschaft Bentheim.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ein paar Sachen würden wir noch für die verbesserung haben. Bei so warmen Temperaturen die wir hatten war es extrem warm im Haus und es hat sich leider sehr schlecht abgekühlt. Desweiteren hat die Holzterasse gesplittert so das auf socken oder Barfuß laufen nicht möglich war. Aber sonst war es ein sehr gepflegtes und schön gestaltestes Haus mit allen was man benötig. Auch das eingezäunte gelände ist für Hundehalter ideal.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt insgesamt gut gefallen hat und Sie das Haus sowie das eingezäunte Gelände als angenehm und hundefreundlich erlebt haben. Ihre Hinweise zur Wärmeentwicklung im Haus und zur Holzterrasse nehmen wir sehr ernst. Gerade bei sommerlichen Temperaturen ist ein angenehmes Raumklima natürlich wichtig, und auch die Sicherheit auf der Terrasse liegt uns am Herzen. Wir werden diese Punkte prüfen und nach Möglichkeiten suchen, hier Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. Schön, dass Sie sich dennoch wohlgefühlt haben, vielleicht dürfen wir Sie ja wieder einmal begrüßen!

Rundum schöne Woche, gerne wieder!!!

Nordhorn ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, man ist schnell in Holland, oder auch überall sonst.Wir haben uns in dem Haus wie zu Hause gefühlt, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Geschirr mussten wir allerdings nochmal spülen, waren noch Essensreste von den Vormietern dran. Ein kleiner Teppich unter dem Couchtisch wäre noch gut.Die Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen, was direkt am Wasser vorteilhaft ist. Nur das an der Balkontür hatte ( ohne Scharnier) leider keine Funktion. Der Whirlpool war extrem laut und ließ deshalb leider kein Wellnessgefühl aufkommen. Die Betten sind superbequem und die gesamte Hausgestaltung , mit der Galerie und der Einrichtung sind sehr schön.

Alles in allem sehr schön, jedoch mit Hund nicht so optimal, da sehr viele Fahrradfahrer und meist keine getrennten Rad- und Gehwege. Das Ferienhaus war spitze und Nordhorn ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auch für Kinder

Schönes Domizil zum Entspannen❤️

Wir haben einfach mal nichts gemacht und die freie Zeit genossen. Auf der Empore sind zwei tolle Relaxliegen, und irgendwie ist man immer eingeschlafen, wenn man auf einer gesessen hat🙏❤️
