Apartment Siegaue

Dear guests,
we would like to warmly welcome you to our "Siegaue" holiday apartment and wish you a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the "Windecker Ländchen".
Regardless of whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or want to be active in sports, you have come to the right place.
We have lovingly furnished the apartment for you, so that you don't lack anything on vacation.
Enjoy the vacation time with your family or friends and take your own personal "time out".
In August 2019 we will complete the new apartment "Siegaue". It is located in the beautiful and very quiet district of Dattenfeld-Übersetzig.
The dog-friendly apartment is currently being set up, it is located near the Sieg, with a wonderful view of a nature reserve.
A separate entrance leads to the apartment (120 square meters of living space). You can expect modern equipment with a large roof terrace and balcony (about 100 square meters).
The apartment includes a large, open living, dining and kitchen area, three bedrooms and a bathroom and guest toilet.
The apartment is modernly furnished by us and can accommodate up to 2 - 6 guests, making it suitable for families with children and small groups.
The family-friendly bike path and the premium hiking trail Natursteig Sieg are immediately accessible.
Location, facilities and furnishings

The apartment is located in the beautiful and very quiet district of Dattenfeld-Übersetzig near the river and town center of Dattenfeld, a small, tranquil place in the municipality of Windeck, in the "Windecker Ländchen" in the Rhein Sieg district (NRW), approx. 1 hour's drive from Cologne removed.

Shops such as supermarket, bakery, banks, pharmacy, doctors and restaurants are within walking distance. The same applies to the Dattenfelder Park and the indoor pool.
In the flower cafe, our guests have the opportunity to have a rich and healthy breakfast.

Rental Rates

Our rental prices are for two people per night.
For each additional person we charge 15 euros per night.

Holidays 98 euros / night

We accept bookings of 2 nights or more
Included in the price:
Bed linen and towels, fast WiFi, electricity, water

Dogs are welcome to bring along after consultation with the landlord. We charge 5 euros per dog / day.

Additional costs:
Final cleaning: 80 euros

Surroundings and destinations

A varied landscape awaits you in the beautiful "Windecker Ländchen". Forests, meadows and a completely original river landscape invite you to go hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, swimming or just relaxing.

You can find numerous sights in the surrounding villages of the municipality of Windeck:
The local history museum with museum village in Altwindeck, Windeck castle, the powder mill, the Sieg waterfall, Europe's largest flight simulator center, the moated castle in Mauel and the Kabelmetal event hall are all within walking distance.
