Vacation home "Rosenhaus" with high-quality furnishings in the middle of Kappeln city center, not far from the Kappeln harbor in the historic Prinzenstraße

The newly furnished house Rosenhaus is located in the historic Prinzenstraße in Kappeln. The picturesque 4-star half-timbered house is entwined at the entrance of Rosenstöcken and offers our vacationers a very special flair. The house is also well suited for a family holiday with small children. And also your four-legged friend is welcome, for a smaller surcharge, in the house.
The tastefully and harmoniously furnished holiday home Kappelner is fully equipped with light laminate floors and convinces especially with its invitingly designed outdoor area. The 150 square meter garden has a small lawn with sun terrace and a garden shed in which our holiday guests can stow bicycles or sports equipment for the duration of their vacation. Approximately 50 m from the house we have reserved a parking space for you.

→ Note: A final cleaning service can be booked for an extra charge of € 60, -. Optionally the guest has the possibility to clean the apartment himself

Schönes, gemütliches Haus mit Flair nur wenige Schritte von der Innen"stadt".Das Rosenhus ist gräumig genug und ausgestattet auch für längeren Familienaufenthalt jeden Wetters u. hat einen eigenen kleinen Garten mit Terrasse.Allerdings ist "Trittsicherheit" erforderlich, da Bad u. Schlafräume nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar sind.

Zentral gelegenes gut eingerichtetes

Zentral, sehr nahe zur Fussgängerzone und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. nächste Bäckerei ca. 100 m). Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus mit Südterrasse und kleinem Garten. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass im Garten der Verkehrslärm der Durchgangsstraße zu hören ist, obwohl diese einige Hundert Meter entfernt ist.
