The home is lovely and comfortable. Location is perfect for our visit with family in Windsor, Healdsburg, and Santa Rosa. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sonoma County.

The place was perfect, easy to get to and close to shopping and the town of Windsor is adorable. The only downside was the host not disclosing she has cameras and she lissten to you

There are no cameras or listening devices in the house. I am in compliance with all laws and regulations concerning short term rentals. I am at a loss as to why this guest thought I was listening to their conversations. What could 2 elderly women have to say that was of any interest to anyone but themselves?

Great location as a base camp for exploring all of the surrounding wine country as well as the natural points of interest such as the Petrified forest and Old Faithful of California. Very well maintained house and yard. Super comfortable bed with great high speed internet that allowed for working while traveling. Host was very accessible and provided everything we needed and more to make this a tremendous visit to the area.

This was our second opportunity to enjoy this cozy, quiet and well-maintained home in a lovely neighborhood. There was even a decorated Christmas tree to greet us!

Lovely getaway in Windsor

We had a fantastic stay. The house is lovely and well appointed. Great for a quick weekend in Sonoma, and the pool/hot tub in the neighborhood are a great bonus. A short drive to downtown Healdsburg and the property manager is incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful.

Nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything in Windsor. House has everything you need and the homeowner answers any questions promptly. Will definitely stay again!

The host was very pleasant. There were neighbors who were upset about this vacation rental. This made it feel awkward. If we’d have known about the feeling of neighbors we wouldn’t have chosen this.

Feels like home

Great wine country visit

We stayed at the house for barrel tasting in Sonoma County. It was perfectly located for all the wineries. The kitchen was very well stocked for anything you could possibly want. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again.
