Spacious, comfy beds & clean. Meal prep was easy in the kitchen even with 3 people working at one time. We were there for a road cycling event, so having the garage to park in & leave our bikes in the rack was a real plus. Located not far from the freeway. Minimal rules were a refreshing change! We hope next year this property is available when we return!

We were very happy with the host: he was very flexible when we discussed the details of our pet who traveled with us and the host was also very responsive and communicative throughout the stay.Location is great: a quiet neighborhood, a fenced back yard, and close to SR downtown as well as wine country.Parking in garage and driveway was very convenient.House was clean enough and was comfortable but was a bit tired from use. Some simple cosmetic work would improve the overall impression.

Our stay was great, house was clean with a lots of space for everyone. The area is quite and safe. The communication with owner was easy and helpful. The only things Im not satisfied with limiting of kitchen utensils and coffee mugs of 3 only if you're going with group of people it will be definitely not enough for everyone. Also, cookwares was way too dated and it's definitely needed in replacing. Overall, me and my family was enjoyed to stay at this house.Thank you.

Excellent property. Very clean. Super easy check-in and check-out. Lots of towels. Great natural lighting. Great wi-fi. Loved being able to park in the garage. Liked being able to adjust the heat as it got cold and rainy while there. (We made sure to turn it off when we left). Quiet and safe neighborhood. We left an item there and Roland was super awesome about getting and shipping our item back to us which we are very grateful for as it is a sentimental item. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
