The newly renovated and family-friendly apartment "Waldblick" is located directly on the edge of the forest, in the health resort of Oberhundem, on the Rothaarsteig in the Sauerland.
The apartment offers the perfect starting point for hikes and other sporting activities around the Rothaarsteig.
The apartment has its own entrance with terrace and a large garden area, which is only available to holiday guests. There are play and employment opportunities for children and adults on the outdoor area. Especially the direct access to the forest and the Rothaarsteig offers many opportunities for adventure, excitement and fun.

The 110 m “apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a main bathroom, a guest bathroom and a cozy living and dining room.
The smaller bedroom can accommodate 2 people and is equipped with a cozy box spring bed (1.80 m). The larger bedroom also has a box spring bed (1.80m) and another bunk bed (2x ... m). A total of 4 people can be accommodated here. A baby cot can also be provided on request.

The living and dining area invites you to spend cozy hours on the spacious sofa. Here you also have the option of using a large flat screen with internet access. The dining area is furnished with a large table and seating.

The large kitchen offers plenty of work space and enough space for cooking together. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for everyday use. The kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The health resort Oberhundem in the municipality of Kirchhundem is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday in nature. The village is located on the edge of the forest, directly on the Rothaarsteig and is therefore an excellent starting point for sporting activities and relaxation in nature. Directly in the village you will find a swimming pool with a sauna area, a spa park with mini golf, as well as a restaurant, a butcher and a bakery. There are other restaurants nearby. The nearest shops are about 10 minutes away by car.

Very clean and complete

For us one of the most important things is the cleanliness, which was absolutely perfect. The big, well equipped kitchen is inviting for some decent cooking. What we kind of missed was a place to eat outside, a set of chairs/table that can be moved around for sun or shadow. The environment is nice, relaxing but not very exciting. Perfect for walking/hiking.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.Wir haben uns als Familie in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch der Außenbereich ist grade mit Kindern richtig schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem einfach top und sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr große, sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit Rundum-Sorglos-Paket

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz den Erwartungen. Alles ist neu, die Lage direkt am Wald. Ideal fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge oder Wanderungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das herausstechendste ist aber die Sauberkeit. Nicht nur, dass kein Staub oder Fleck zu finden war. Die Vermieter desinfizieren die Wohnung nach jedem Mieter (man konnte es noch ganz schwach riechen). In diesen Zeiten vorbildlich. HierfĂŒr wĂŒrde ich auch 6 Sterne vergeben. FĂŒr einen Aufenthalt im Sauerland immer wieder gerne.

Sehr geplegt und alles da, was man braucht

Geplegte neuwertige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen, die wir schon besucht haben, besteht die KĂŒche nicht nur aus einem stumpfen Messer und einer Pfanne. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und man kann sowohl seine Ruhe haben, wandern, als auch die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Umgebung erkunden.

Erholung pur

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert, die Ausstattung super. Es fehlte an nichts. Sowohl fĂŒr ein paar NĂ€chte als auch fĂŒr LĂ€nger ideal. Besonders toll fanden unsere Kinder die Tiere am Haus sowie den Spielplatz. Von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man zu zahlreichen Touren aufbrechen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das nĂ€chste Mal dann fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Wanderungen :)
