Die moderne, 2017 neu erbaute Wohnung verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn/Schlafbereich mit Sat-TV, Doppelbett und Sitzgelegenheit, eine Wohnküche mit Essecke, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Auch WLAN und Internetanschluss sind bereits mit im Preis inbegriffen. In der Nähe ist auch das Sibyllenbad zu finden, dass Sie über einen Fußweg (ca. 800 Meter) oder einen Wanderweg durchs ruhige Gedankental, in wunderschöner Natur, erreichen können. In unmittelbarer Nähe (100 Meter) befindet sich auch eine Gaststätte mit Hofladen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer beträgt drei Nächte.
