Die komplett ausgestattete Wohnung ist 60qm groß und für 2-3 Personen geeignet. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmer, einer Küche (Kühlschrank, Kochfeld) und einem Wohnzimmer (TV). Außerdem vorhanden ist ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Ein Südbalkon mit Panoramablick sorgt für das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger, unverbauter Südhanglage in Waldrandnähe garantiert erholsame und entspannende Urlaubstage. Vom Landhaus aus sind der Kurpark, das Frei- und Hallenbad, der Minigolfplatz und die Tennisplätze in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Einrichtungen im Bayerwaldhotel Hofbräuhaus (Saunalandschaft, von Mai bis September beheiztes Freibad, Hot-Whirlpool) können gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Auch Wandern und Radfahren ist in unserer Gegend leicht möglich.
