So roomy, yet cozy at the same time, this serene home-away-from-home can accommodate anywhere from one couple for a romantic getaway up to 7 adults comfortably for your next family or friends vacation.

Creature comforts include a king bed plus day bed in the master, 2 doubles in the guest and a queen sized sofa bed in the living area. All beds are luxuriously appointed with high thread count, Egyptian cotton linens, down comforters and pillow-top mattresses.

Night life and activities are abundant. We are located directly between Rosemary and Alys Beach – walking distance to both. Enjoy 12 restaurants/bars, 2 ice cream/candy shops and shopping galore, all within walking distance from the unit. The award-winning community of Seaside, with its quaint cottages and unique design, featuring 50 shops and galleries, superb restaurants and a year-round schedule of entertainment events and activities for the entire family, is only an 8-minute drive down 30A. Publix and Winn Dixie are 5+ minutes away - for your grocery needs. Golf is nearby at the Fazio designed Camp Creek Lake Golf Course plus several other courses including Sandestin just a short drive away. A 17-mile, off-road bike trail runs the length of 30A directly in front of the complex. Bring your own bike or rent one in nearby Seacrest beach.

Panama City Beach airport (ECP) provides daily flights to key US destinations, is 20 miles away and serviced by Delta Airlines and Southwest Airlines.

Beautiful condo with the best balcony to relax on! I could spend all day on that balcony! Excellent location with an easy walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. The standalone icemaker didn't work but Claire quickly sent someone out to look at it. She is super responsive and a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved this condo. Very open and inviting with tall ceilings and a more unique floor plan than the usual condos we’ve stayed in. Well equipped and Clair was always available during our stay. Remember, turn RIGHT when you com into the parking lot. We came in at night and we’re easily confused.

Overall Positive experience.

The place is clean, has a nice roomy layout and the location is great. Also, the owner was very friendly and very prompt with any communication. The main downside was there was some sort of water release that kicked on and sprayed right outside the main bedroom every evening and ran all night. Not sure if it was part of condo property or the Seacrest neighborhood right next door. Also, one of the neighbors must doing some renovations because we were woken up to banging noises most mornings. Overall, it was a positive experience except for the few noise issues.

In response to the noises....The water noise referenced is more than likely the ice maker, which can be turned off and noise will stop. Noise coming from the construction on the 3rd floor is set to be finished by January 1st.

Beautiful place - very clean, very spacious, large bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of living space to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook in once or twice. Easy parking. Elevator and stair access was great. Short walk to the beautiful beach area (I highly recommend renting the chairs and umbrellas in advance) and an easy walk to everything in Rosemary Beach and Alys. We love the 30A area and will be back again for sure in the future.

Clair's condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo has an ice-maker which was very handy for filling coolers for the beach. Clair was very responsive to all of our inquiries. When a leak began at the kitchen sink she got someone out to take care of it ASAP! We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and perfect location! The walk to the beach was very short, we never needed to use the tram. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only constructive feedback is to add blackout curtains to master bedroom. There was no sleeping in with the brilliant Florida morning sun! Overall, wonderful property!

I live in Atlanta and have 2 Bichon Frissee puppies, Louis and Phillipe. We all love the beach, especially my 'hippie dog', Louis. Sea crest is our home away from home. We have the most beautiful beaches right in our own backyard. Why would you go anywhere else?

Why they chose this property

I have been vacationing on the gulf coast since I was a child. It is home to me. I lived on the West Coast for 10 years and I have been lots of wonderful places all over the world, but I would not own a beach home anywhere else but the Gulf!

What makes this property unique

My place is so cozy and comfortable. There are lots of great spaces to laze around. It's big enough to be together or still have your privacy. I love the location. Everything is right at your fingertips!
