Contemporary duplex with 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 3 bathrooms (one en suite) in the beautiful bay of Casares located in Costa del Sol, 90 km from Malaga airport going to Gibraltar. The living and dining room overlooks two large terraces overlooking the gardens of the urbanization and both facing south east. The area has two swimming pools and overlooks the sandy beaches. The complex is very well maintained that is inhabited throughout the year with both tourists and long term.

Amazing holiday with children

This is really great place for holiday with children. Great location with ideal access to the beach, nice swimming pool and garden. The appartment is lovely and spacious. I would highly recommend this property for family with children.

Mucha tranquilidad

Hemos estado muy bien en esa casa. No le faltaba de nada. Lo ideal son los tres cuartos de bano. Solo los muebles de la terraza y las rejas se notaban un poco deterriorados. Pero por lo demas perfecto. Fue un placer tener la piscina y la playa a un paso. Y el jardin esta muy bien cuidado.

Estamos muy contentos que hayan disfrutado de nuestra propiedad. Estar en primer línea de mar es óptimo pero esto tiene sus consecuencia sobre exterior de la propiedad y los muebles. De apoco vamos mejorando.

Wohnen mit allem Komfort

Wir waren im April 2019 zwei Wochen mit unseren Töchtern und zwei Enkelkindern in der Ferienwohnung. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden, es fehlte an nichts, ob Spielsachen und Sonnenschirm für den Strand oder ein Regenschirm oder ein Fahrrad, um schnell zum Bäcker zu fahren, um Brötchen zu holen und ein Kinderbett war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und war für die Enkel und uns eine Freude einschließlich der Terrasse. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war mit den Kindern optimal. Auch ohne Auto konnten wir fußläufig zum Einkaufen in 12 Minuten zum Lidl gehen. Gustavo war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und korrekt in der Abwicklung aller unserer Anliegen. Zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug zu den Bergdörfern Casares und Gaucín und die wundervolle Landschaft.

Excelente casa, en primera linea, tranquila, comoda y con todos los servicios al lado, Gustavo el dueño a hecho que disfrutemos de su casa como si fuera la nuestra, sin duda un lugar recomendable, con una buena playa y todos los servicio al lado sin romper la tranquilidad que buscabamos, sin duda repetiremos.
