About this property

Our cozy, well-equipped 2.5 room apartment is located in Schwentinental OT Raisdorf and is located a short distance from the train station and the industrial park. The nearest bakery is about 400 m and in the Kiel city center about 8 km. The nearest beach (Mönkeberg) is also about 8 km away. After Laboe about 15 km and to Heidkate, California and Schönberger beach is about 18 km.
Our NR apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached 3-party house. It is 70 square meters and has a FBC incl. Microwave, TK cabinet and is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and a washing machine. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 1.80 m and 1 x 1.40). The apartment has a SW-loggia.
Raisdorf is located about 8 km east of Kiel and has its own train station and a large industrial park (u. Real, Eagle, CB fashion market, Lidl, Aldi, New Yorker, TK-Max, Danish bed storage, shoe Kay, Reno, Bauhaus, u. V. M.) In summer, guests will find fun in the swimming pool (about 800 meters away) with the waterslides.
Our apartment is located near the recreation area Schwentine and the Fördewanderweges (Baltic Sea) with great cycling and hiking trails.

Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in Eisenbahnnähe

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben 10 Tage im Hochsommer hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Objekt im Erdgeschoss und waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und ansprechbar aber nie aufdringlich. Die Lage eingepfercht zwischen Eisenbahn und Bundesstraße ist nichts für Lärmempfindliche. Dafür gibt's einen Stellplatz vor der Tür und eines der größten Einkaufsareale, die wir im Norden je gesehen haben, direkt im Ort in 1km Entfernung. Wir haben trotz des Geräuschpegels ganz gut schlafen können. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und im Nebenraum 2 Einzelbetten (plus ein halb-offenes Kinderbett). Außerdem hätte man noch die (zum Sitzen leider etwas unbequeme) Couch im Wohnzimmer zum Doppelbett umklappen können (allerdings hätte es kein 2x2m Laken gegeben). Die Dusche ist super und dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt, ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider gibt es keine Badewanne aber das kann man verschmerzen. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Wenn wir etwas anregen dürften, wären es mehr große scharfe Messer, ein Sparschäler, mehr Wassergläser (statt Wein- und Sektgläser) und vor Allem größere Dessert- bzw Müslischalen (die vorhandenen wären vielleicht für eine einzelne Eiskugel ausreichend). Eine große Rühr- bzw Salatschüssel aus Kunststoff und bruchsicheres Kindergeschirr wären auch praktisch gewesen (statt Villeroy und Boch) aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Was wir wirklich vermisst haben, sind Fliegengitter, denn gerade im Dachgeschoss möchte man nachts mal durchlüften ohne sich gleich Mücken und anderes Getier einzuladen. Fazit: Eine Wohnung, in der man es sich mit ein paar kleineren Abstrichen richtig gemütlich machen kann um von hier aus die Ostseeküste zu erkunden (15-20 Min. mit dem Auto). Klare Empfehlung!
