Waterview comfortable condo with water access to the gulf and springs
You can still enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise sitting in the screened in lanai overlooking the water because Thankfully, we did not suffer any hurricane damage from either Helene or Idalia. The water did not reach our unit. This condo would be great for any elderly or disabled because everything you need is on the first ground floor. Only one bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. Only one step up to enter the unit and we have ramps for wheelchairs. Newly renovated condo with new furniture throughout. Beautiful water view from most of the rooms. Close walk to the pool and tennis courts. Lots of natural light. New appliances. Large walk in closets. Kayaks and bicycles available. Water access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful springs in Crystal River. Boat slip available with a long term rental.
