Surrounded by Schlei and the Baltic Sea, this is the ideal location for couples and families looking to recover from the stress of everyday life while staying close to the water and the beach. Your dog is also welcome! Summer highlight: Reserved beach chair & amp; Free parking on the Weidefelder Baltic Sea beach! The apartment "Flow" lives up to its name, because it is located in a wonderful maritime location right on the harbor of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz and allows a relaxing break from everyday life. Enjoy the proximity to the Schlei and the water view to all sides!
The maisonette flat extends over 2 floors of the semi-detached house at the Kaianleger and offers for 4 persons (if necessary + 1 infant up to 3 years) space to feel well. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the panoramic roof terrace with beautiful views of the pier.

The light flooded living room in the 1. Floor of our apartment on the Schlei offers through the large window front a great view of the water on the loop and loads with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace for a longer stay. The adjoining open kitchen not only offers various technical amenities, but also a nice dining area, so that you do not have to miss out on the water view when dining. Let your eventful days on the terrace end with a glass of wine and enjoy the last hours of sunshine. If the weather is not so good, the flat-screen TV, music system and free Wi-Fi provide alternative employment. For peaceful nights, two bedrooms in the 2nd. First floor, one with double bed and one with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the second floor with infrared sauna with light therapy function, a whirlpool bath and a shower room on the 1st floor. Upstairs.
The apartment was equipped with real wood floor and underfloor heating, in addition, a washing machine for free use. You can park your car in your own parking lot in front of the house.
Exclusive service: In the summer season, a beach chair reserved exclusively for your stay awaits you at the Weidefelder Ostseestrand and a daily free parking is also assured!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick

Wir sind inzwischen "Wiederholungstäter" und haben bereits zum zweiten Mal eine Woche der Herbstferien in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Während in anderen Ferienwohnungen Geschirr und Besteck mitunter exakt abgezählt sind, ist hier von allem reichlich vorhanden. Vor Ort ist in Olpenitz auch ein gut sortierter Edeka-Markt vorhanden. Das Schönste an der Wohnung ist der phantastische Ausblick aufs Wasser, der von beiden Seiten gegeben ist. Morgens lässt sich vom Bett aus aufs Wasser schauen und wir konnten so den Sonnenaufgang beobachten, abends dann den Sonnenuntergang. Das Wetter war auch so schön, dass wir z.T. die schöne Dachterrasse nutzen konnten. Die Betreuung durch die Verwalterin, Frau Plugowsky, war hervorragend. Sie war immer so freundlich, zugewandt und unkompliziert, als sie uns z.B. eine vergessene Sachen noch zugeschickt hat. Herzlichen Dank!

Überwältigender Ausblick

Es ist natürlich ein recht künstlicher Ort ohne gewachsene Strukturen. Atmosphäre in Kappeln. Der Ausblick auf beiden Seiten Wasser entschädigt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Top-Ausblick

Wir verbrachten die erste Oktoberwoche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet war. Highlight war der beidseitige Ausblick zum Wasser. Die Wohnung wird von einer super zugewandten Dame verwaltet, die immer ganz kurzfristig reagiert und unterstützt. Besser geht es nicht:)

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben erholsame Tage in der Ferienwohnung Flow verbracht. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toll ist natürlich der Wasserblick zu beiden Seiten hin! Eine ganz unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung mit der Hausverwalterin Frau Gartmann - vielen Dank dafür! Der Champagner war schon kalt gestellt - was will man mehr. Auch der Hund darf zu dem Strand - angeleint - der nicht weit entfernt ist. Und nicht zuletzt die Whirlwanne und die Infrarotkabine, die den Aufenthalt perfekt abrunden.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben mit 4 Personen eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung „Flow“ verbracht. Das Wetter für November war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es gab ausreichend Hand und Duschtücher. Ein toller Ausblick aus allen Zimmern! Eine zuvorkommende Ausstattung im Küchenbereich war vorhanden. Die unproblematische und zuvorkommende Gästebetreuung bei Frau Gartmann war super. Zum Beispiel war die Wohnung angenehm temperiert und der Kühlschrank schon vorgekühlt.
