This hospitable holiday apartment with balcony is situated 100 m from the beautiful promenade and only 400 m from the sandy beach in the Seaside District of Świnoujście. The apartment is part of the Feniks Aparthotel – a new elegant building with an elevator. It’s a perfect choice for full of seaside adaventures family holidays. Across the aparthotel there are hotel facilities with SPA&Welness center with extensive massages offer and an indoor pool (additional fees apply). The charming Promenade is a true heart of Swinoujście – with its many amazing restaurants, chic cafes, street artists is a holiday must-see. From the Promenade there are direct descents to the beach or to the surrounding forests. Another spots loved by children and adults alike are the Baltic Park Molo Aquapark, only 6 minutes away from the apartment, and extensive green grounds of SPA Park (3-minutes away). The whole district can be explored in a fun and eco-friendly way thanks to many bike rentals and bike routes in the area.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
This fully equipped studio apartment is suitable for 2 people. The studio consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The studio’s balcony fitted with garden chairs and coffee table gives additional space to relax. The studio is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished, just perfect to holidays. The double sofa serves both as a sleeping and seating area. If needed, parents traveling with small children can reserve a cot and a feeding chair for their little ones. The studio gives flexibility in meal preparation, as the kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances: an induction cooktop, a microwave machine, a coffe maker. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi network and a flat-screen TV. For an enjoyable start to a stay, our guests are provided with toiletries, towels and bed linen. The studio also comes with one parking spot in the underground car park (30 PLN/day, reservation required).
