We cordially invite you to our comfortable apartment in the Residenz Bursztyn. The apartment has an area of 40 square meters and is intended for 2 or 4 people. It consists of a salon with a kitchen corner, a separate bedroom and a comfortable bathroom. Another advantage is the large terrace - (12 sqm) with sea view, which makes it possible to enjoy the air filled with iodine regardless of the weather. In the summer season there is also garden furniture and loungers available on the terrace. The apartment is connected to free WiFi and German television (6 programs). You have reception of the German mobile network.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral. Nur ein paar schritte bis zum Strand. Es gibt viele verschiedene Restaurants und Geschäfte die man zu Fuss erreicht. Das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer gerne wieder.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wie auf dem Portal beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super, bei der Ankunft hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns nichts. Es war sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung haben uns die Vermieter einen Blumenstrauß aufgestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist sofort am Strand und der Promenade. Wir kommen wieder und können diese Wohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter hat auch an der Promenade gegenüber dem Radisson Hotel ein Geschäft, in dem er leckere Waffeln und selbst gemachtes Eis verkauft (Truskawkowa). Super lecker

Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Swinemünde genossen. Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Mobiliar in gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll maritim eingerichtet. Absolut ein Appartment was keine Wünsche übrig lässt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und schnell. Klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Appartement in bester Lage

Wir waren die Osterwoche an der Ostsee. Hierfür bot die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung alles, was wir für unseren Familienurlaub benötigten: Umfangreiche Ausstattung, erstklassige Lage am Ende der Promenade zwischen Swinemünde und Ahlbeck. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt - ebenso wie ein Bistro/Cafe. Fahrradverleih in direkter Nachbarschaft. In der Wohnung ließe es sich auch bei Regenwetter gut aushalten. Praktisch: ein Stelllplatz fürs Auto kann auf dem zum Gebäude gehörigen Parkplatz gefunden werden. Zudem: Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Aufenthalt in Swinemünde

Wir sind schon dritten Mal in diesem Appartement in Swinemünde. Und sind begeistert. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Von den Balkon ist das Meer und Promenade zu sehen. Die Gastgeber sind reizend und aufmerksam.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist wie immer sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Empfang war wie immer sehr herzlich von Frau Dabrowska. Wir sind auch schon viele male da gewesen und versuchen es nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im August 24 dort. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Dabrowski, hat uns super Tipps zwecks Ausflügen, Eisdiele usw. gegeben, die wir alle genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können ihn als Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Prima Appartment. Alles sehr hell und freundlich. Man hat alles was man braucht direkt vor der Tür. Liegt an einer ruhigen Ecke der großen Promenade und auch der große Markt liegt nur unweit entfernt.

Eine Woche im März 2024

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verlebt. Die Lage ist einmalig, das Ende der Promenade gleich vor der Tür. Die Gastgeber Dabrowski / Mutter, sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Schlüsselübergabe war Vorort und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Parkplatz neben dem Gebäude vorhanden. Bei uns funkionierte der Toaster nicht, am Abend wurde uns ein neuer vorbei gebracht.Wir werden bestimmt die Wohnung im 2. Stock wieder buchen.

Swinemünde im Februar 2020

1 Woche Swinemünde im Februar. Wir haben das Apartment sehr genossen. Alles ist gut und in reichlichen Mengen virhanden. Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfe & Gläser alles sa. Ebenso sind Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher da. Ein 2 Plattenherd funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage 1a direkt an der (noch nicht ganz fertigen ) Promenade. 1/2 Punkt Abzug höchstens für die Baustelle vor der Tür, diese soll im September 2020 aber auch fertige sein. Für die Hauptsaison befürchte ich allerdings einen Untergang der gesamten Insel, wenn die Bettenkapazitäten ausgereizt sind. Es müssen sich dann zig-tausende Menschen hier drängeln. Aber dafür wird die Promenade entsprechend ausgebaut und am Strand dürfte auch genug Platz sein.....😉😀 Wir haben unsere Woche genießen können und können Swinünde und das Apartment nur empfehlen...

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung in relativ ruhiger Lage und trotzdem direkt an der Strandpromenade. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
