About this property

This a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on a second floor. It has a nice balcony to enjoy breeze and a cup of coffee. The rooms have AC units, the kitchen is fully equipped and bathroom with all essentials.

Parking is on the street around the premises on a first come, first serve basis. There is no assigned parking spot. It could be hard at times to find a spot, but not impossible.

Calle Loiza and surrounding areas is a very lively neighborhood. There’s a lot of places to enjoy nightlife. The property is literally 3 minutes walk to the area and 10 min walk to the beach.

Most likely you will see people walking around at night to enjoy their time on PR! You might listen to cars, people talking, singing, and having fun.

The building have 8 units, some are long term rentals, some are short-term rentals! Please be respectful of other tenants! Thats their home!

Please be aware that power outages are common in the island. If the power does go out we apologize for the inconvenience.

Amazing Host!

We booked this spot as a last minute post-cruise, pre-flight stay. The unit was everything we needed, but the host was the standout feature of this listing. Incredible communication, and outstanding generosity. Highly recommended!

This location is not for everybody. If you want a taste of real life Puerto Rico without bells and whistles - go for it! The location is great. We walked to the beach. The walls are transparent and we could hear the neighbors, including a woman who sings constantly. She was a joy. Everything one needs is at hand. We walked to a grocery store and made our own meals. We truly enjoyed our stay!
