Great location: in the heart of the city, close to the airport, beaches, Old San Juan, Restaurants, Cafes, Museums, Theatres, Entertainment venues such as La Placita and the T-Moble district.

We are located in the HEART of Santurce! (on Avenida Juan Ponce de Leon) on the same block with Lote 23 & the Ciudadela. Lote 23 is a popular space dedicated to food truck type vendors, tables and a stage for occasional live entertainment. Just across the street is the Ciudadela, one of San Juan's nicest apartment complexes which includes a 24 hr. Planet Fitness Gym, a 24 hr. Pueblo Grocery store, a cleaner, other shopping and paid parking. A big park is being built on the backside of Ciudadela. Head a few doors down in either direction and you'll find local theaters for plays, music or movies. Also within walking distance are delicious restaurants, Coffee shops, Museums, banks, co-working spaces, entertainment and night clubs. There's something for everyone. Within an easy drive, bus or, 20-30 min walk are beaches, Condado, and Old San Juan and we are 2 blocks from the on-ramp to the Expressway that takes you right to the Airport or left to Old San Juan or head straight over the expressway to Condado's Beaches.

A adorable place in a great location!

We had such a great stay! Perfect location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was decorated so cute and was just as advertised. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness just because the freezer and the top cabinet drawer under the coffee maker had spills from a previous visit that hadn't been cleaned up. We did have some trouble figuring out the key pad on the front door when we arrived but Lynda was easy to get a hold of and solved our problem fast. Thanks for making our visit to such a wonderful place extra comfortable!

Cleans and safe location. Convient neighborhood near activities and food.

Accurate description and unit was stocked well with items we needed. Could used a few more hand towels. But everything was clean and smelled fresh. Great location and excellent infomation shared by the owners in the unit guide. A/c worked extremely well. They responded quickly to the issue reported. Dryer and ironing board did not work.

My family and I used a short term rental service for the first time on a trip to Ireland in 2016 and it has changed the way we travel! We felt we got a much better value for our money, more space, more amenities and pleasant personal interaction with locals.
I originally hosted an apartment in Orlando. Now I host several places in Puerto Rico and I am often rated as a Super host and received excellent reviews as an Airbnb guest. I think you'll enjoy our places. We try hard to think of everything you will need and provide a comfortable, safe space.

I enjoy the vibrant sunny city life of the downtown San Juan area; trying out local coffee shops and restaurants. The area has many coffee shops featuring locally grown coffee, restaurants with every type of food and plenty of night life. The nighttime entertainment nearby ranges from Theatrical/concert performances, movies, salsa dancing in La Placita, the T-mobile outdoor entertainment complex, nightclubs, food truck gathering spots and a wide variety of restaurants both casual and fine dining.
