Situated in a unique spot on the edge of one of the most beautiful wooded areas of the Veluwe, you will find the modern holiday home "De Houten Uil". Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature and tranquillity around you all year round and take beautiful cycling or walking trips!

The apartment is stylishly furnished and characterized by warm colors, creating a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at ease right away.
Inside, the glowing wood-burning fireplace with comfortable seating area awaits, adjacent to the spacious dining area and luxurious kitchen. The villa has three fine bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet.

This detached romantic holiday villa has a large private forestgarden with squirrels and woodpeckers and is also adjacent to the open field, giving you breathtaking views. Sun and shade alternate on the wide terrace. The lounge area is very comfortable and the terrace table is ideal for family dining. Parking is available near the house. In addition, the owner provides 2 simple bicycles for guests, as well as wood for the fireplace.
(Please note, although the bikes are regularly serviced, no guarantees are given about their condition or usability).

This holiday home is great for an unwinding holiday!

Your pet is very welcome! As of 01-07-25, the garden will be enclosed with a fence, ensuring your pet stays safely within the property.

Leuk vakantiehuis in een bosrijke omgeving.

Over het algemeen een leuk vakantiehuis. Wel een puntje over de plexiglasplaten achter/zijkant kookplaat, dit is niet brandveilig zoiets bij een kookplaat te plaatsen ook al is deze elektrisch. En de 2 platen staan ook los tegen de muur, ik heb er mijn vinger bijvoorbeeld aan opengehaald toen een plaat naar voren viel en ik deze op wilde vangen omdat de plaat dreigde op de pannen te vallen. Nog een punt over de ventilatie in de badkamer die is echt onvoldoende, het blijft er klammig en muf. Ook met het systeem aan.

Modern in de natuur

Prachtig en modern huisje ligt in geweldige natuur. Van alle gemakken voorzien en alles prima geregeld. Goed ingericht en met gezellige houtkachel. En dan de stilte, die vonden we super.

Mooie woning op en kleinschalig vakantiepark

Prachtige nieuwe woning op een nieuw klein vakantiepark, voorzien van alle comfort. Door het rieten dak werkt de woning isolerend, ook tegen de warmte. Mooie bosrijke omgeving.
