Very cozy beachfront condo that SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF FOUR PERSONS!

Park underneath your unit in ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE/ONE SPACE PER UNIT!
IMPORTANT! You will need to register your vehcle upon your arrival by scanning the bar code on the parkikng sign on the stairs at the ground floor. Cost is $52 for your entire stay.

Take a short walk past the swimming pool and jacuzzi to the beautiful beach and magnificent Gulf of Mexico! Limited number of units, 36, provides guests with a chance to mingle with others or have terrific privacy. 2 short flights of stairs and no hassles with waiting on elevators. Walking distance or a short drive to grocery stores, gift shops, restaurants, outdoor and indoor activities, etc. Plenty of live musical entertainment in Gulf Shores and surrounding area (i.e. The Wharf, Flor-a-bama, Lulu's).

Someone in your group must be a responsible adult and AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD in order to reserve your stay.

Bring all your beach attire and some groceries, we provide everything else you should need for an enjoyable stay. Appliances are all provided so there is no need to leave the condo (i.e. washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender). Flexible dining area, kitchen/bar and connected living room area make eating in inexpensive and a fun place to mingle with your family and/or group.

Come on, this is the place to relax! Put those cell phones on silent! Tell the boss 'I'm too well to come in today!' We're just a short, carefree drive away from Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and of course Alabama.

First Family Beach Vacation Was Amazing

I bought my condo after years of coming here with friends and family. That's right, I love it here so much I bought the place! Quite frankly I hesitated to rent my 'little piece of heaven', but was asked by so many visitors if I rented my condo that I decided I would share it with others. My place only has 36 units, so its nice and cozy. No high rise with elevators. You can actually meet everybody staying at the place by socializing at the beach or pool/jacuzzi or stay holed up in the condo like a hermit crab...your choice!

After coming to Gulf Shores so many times to relax and enjoy myself I finally decided to make a piece of this paradise my own!

What makes this property unique

Convenient and covered parking directly under my condo. The short trip up the stairs to the condo or the short walk to the beach or pool area is so unique and personal. I just love it!
