Cute house in a good location. Very close to downtown, the old city and the University of Tennessee campus. Close to the interstate. Nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms with laundry facility.
The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was close to the stadium, it felt safe, and friendly neighbors.
This house was a great stay. Plenty of space for the seven of us with a nice yard for the kids. Quiet neighborhood. Not a far drive from pigeon forge, Dollywood, etc.
Nicely quiet neighborhood, wonderful front porch for lounging and reading! Charming little house with all the amenities.
Easy access in and around town!!!
This property is so very nice, the neighbors are friendly the area is close to everything the rooms are all spacious and cleanliness is very amazing to see and is very much appreciated. The house has a wonderful anointing of peace which is rare but very thankful.
Our family enjoyed our time in Knoxville, TN. Fun things to do and see with Pigeon Forge just a short drive away. Our hosts went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
Reservations was a mix up. We only stayed Wed through Fri and ended up paying for a week's stay with no kind of refund for 2 days that we didn't stay. Our family vacation stay was still great! As a single mother of 3 the house was perfect for us.
The property was great. Close to everything we needed and a quiet street. House was clean and owner responded quickly with any questions we had. Dishes were a little sparse and a colander for cooking with would have been nice. But overall, we would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Need TLC and poor communicatikn
House needs TLC. Multiple holes in the dry wall, only 3 spoons (for the four of us to eat we had to wash one), pillows were flat, couch had many stains and overall grungy, pillow cases not changed....When arrived at the house (late at night) the door was unlocked. Informed the property owner, no response. The next day we had trouble getting the door to lock. Messaged the owner about the concern of getting back in the house that evening if the lock wasn't working. They responded 9 hours later that there was no other way in and the lock should work from inside the house, not impressed.
The house was exactly as advertised. 3 bedrooms 2 baths, living room and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. Everything was updated and clean.
It was perfect for our small family gathering where we had a few outings but spent a lot of time watching mivies and playing games. The house is located in an older neighborhood which was quiet even on New Years Eve.
Thanks for hosting us!
The house is exactly as described!! Cute, comfortable, quiet, and close to everything! The beds are comfortable. There are extra blankets if needed. Having two full baths was great. My sisters and I had such a great time exploring Knoxville and the surrounding area and coming back to "our house" to relax and laugh! The driveway was wonderful. We were able to park our vehicles on the driveway and didn't have to worry about finding street parking. I will happily stay here again!!
This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had.
Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep.
Also there was a pacifier in the hall floor and a tank top on the floor in back bedroom. Not sure the cleaning people did a thorough job cleaning.
Front bedroom
Comforter was gross and had stains and hair on it.
Would not stay again.

Not as expected
The house is in a neighborhood that is undergoing revitalization but overall the neighborhood is depressed. The property has been remodeled and is a good layout for families. The house was mostly clean but the baseboards were quite dirty and there was no bar soap for the shower. For the nightly all-in cost we expected more. We typically stay in VRBOs with the thought that they are less expensive than hotels with a comfortable feel of home; this was not our experience this time.
