Thanks for a great visit!

Having a clean, quiet and cozy place to stay while we dropped our daughter off at UT was so reassuring. Much better then being in a tiny hotel room!

Cozy home with perfect amount of space for our little family of 3. The location was spot on for being close to downtown (1.5 miles) and to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Neighborhood was quiet--we enjoyed both mornings and evenings out on the porch.

We had a mishap with cleaning when checking in, the property owner was very responsive and helped us get settled in quickly. The experience was great, and our group was grateful for the kindness of the owner. Overall, the property was just what we needed for a game weekend in Knoxville.
