Villa Piantoni on Antognolla Golf Estate, Restaurant, Cafe, Hiking+Biking Trails

Villa Piantoni is located on the 1500-acre private Estate of Antognolla, an idyllic nature reserve with a medieval castle, an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones ll, as well as a clubhouse, cafe and bar. The Estate’s full service restaurant, La Boila, offers creative interpretations of Umbrian cuisine as well as traditional dishes. Pizza is prepared in the restaurant’s ancient stone oven.

There are numerous hiking and biking trails on the Estate, dotted with forests, olive groves and newly planted vineyards.

Villa Piantoni’s main house offers two comfortable and spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms., accommodating 5 guests. The main house has a spacious living room with a wood-pellet fireplace, and work-space area. The fully outfitted kitchen provides dining for 6 and pantry essentials, including coffee, tea, sugar, spices, olive oil and vinegar. An herb garden is located just outside the kitchen window. There is a large, vine-covered portico with lounge chairs and dining for 8, offering lovely views of the infinity pool and countryside

Pianetta, our studio cottage is adjacent to the main house, and accommodates 2 quests. It has a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds (beds can be assembled to form a double bed), a kitchenette, and bathroom. There is a large wrap-around terrace offering dining for 2.

The infinity pool, measuring 12 x 6 meters, offers stunning views in every direction. Pool towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas are provided.

We provide a welcome basket, including milk, biscuits, bottled water, and a bottle of Umbrian wine.

There is cable TV, high-speed internet service, and radio. We offer a library, including travel books, and a comprehensive information booklet for Villa Piantoni , the Antognolla Estate, and the surrounding countryside.
