Authentic luxury stay in Bella Umbria/Tuscany/Lago di Trasimeno.

Located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, near Lago di Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi and Cortona, you’ll find our spacious first floor apartment of approximately 200m², set within the stunning centuries old farmhouse Casa della Civetta.

The apartment is part of a large medieval farmhouse consisting of three separate homes/owners. There is a shared garden with swimming pool and parking space for two cars. The apartment also has its own private garden with terrace, lounge set, parasol, sunbeds and dining table.
At the pool, four private sunbeds with a private parasol are reserved for our guests.

The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped. It was completely renovated in 2017/2018 and all rooms are in excellent condition.
The living room is large and features a high ceiling with terracotta tiles, adding a warm and authentic atmosphere. In the centre of the living room you’ll find the seating area with two large sofas, chandelier and wood stove. There is also a TV lounge area and dining area. The atmosphere is cosy, luxurious and rustic.
Connected to the living room are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The spacious kitchen with oven and dishwasher is also located on this floor, as well as the large master bathroom with double walk in shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet. A washer and dryer are built in.

A charming staircase leads to the second floor where you'll find two large bedrooms, both with double beds. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with stunning views. This floor also has a bathroom with walk in shower and toilet.
