Beachfront Condo with Stunning Views of the Gulf - Steps to the Beach!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place with a stunning Gulf view, and see dolphins play right from your own balcony! The soft, sugar white beach and emerald green water is only a few second walk from your front door!
Not only is it beachside, its also a convenient 15 minute walk (less than 1 mile) to the water taxi that takes you straight to the Destin Harbor Walk. There you will enjoy food, fun, and fireworks every weekend! Plus, Crab Island is just a water taxi ride away!

The condo has a common living space, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one full bathroom.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a spacious king size bed. The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed, and it also has two chairs that fold out into twin size beds (the twin beds are ideal for small children). The condo can accommodate 6 people. However, it is recommended that at least 2 of the guests are kids. A pack n play can also be requested if needed.
Extras included are a beach umbrella with a sand anchor, beach chairs, boogy board, a beach mat and cooler. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash among many other basic amenities.

Guests have access to the beach (access is directly to the water...no street to cross), on-site laundry room, on-site gym, elevators, sauna, pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffle board courts, outdoor grills, parking lot and lobby.

No cleaning required upon checkout. This is your vacation! You are here to relax.
Therefore, there is no silly chore list for you to complete.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and the renter must be staying in the condo.
