We like the condo pretty much. Since it is on the 6th floor the view across the parking lot onto the beach was quite nice. It is mostly well equipped (a little short in silverware and large plates, no scissors!!??). The layout of the condo is nice although a real door to close off the master bathroom (as opposed to the actual pocket door) would have been nice.
The place was spotless, loved that!!! We liked the big dining table and chairs (the barstools didn't make much sense since there was no real counter to sit at). The El Matador is a well kept, guarded facility with very nice people working there.
The kitchen and bathrooms could use an update, but weren`t too bad. It was a bit annoying that the washer/dryer wasn't located inside the unit but there was one on each floor. We learned about that only after booking, not nice.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably rent it again.
