From the house and the property you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding wooded hills and the village. Above the pool is a large outdoor terrace, heated and equipped for outdoor meals. The village of Montefegatesi is situated in a hilly position (810 m a.s.l.) with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Places to visit. Bagni di Lucca with spas 14 km; Lucca (39 km) with its ancient walls and many churches; the ski resort of Abetone (43 km); Pisa (55 km) with the world famous Leaning Tower; Pistoia (60 km) with its cathedral; Viareggio (62 km) with its beautiful seafront; Pietrasanta (66 km) with art exhibitions; Florence (91 km) with the world famous Uffizi Gallery; the charming villages of the Cinque Terre (130 km). For the entertainment of the whole family you will find nearby: Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and thermal baths (Bagni di Lucca), 63 km of free and equipped sandy beaches (Viareggio), 72 km of golf course (Versilia). There is also the possibility to go fishing in the river "La Lima", about 14 km away, or to visit the famous and nearby "Orrido di Butri" (3 km).
