About this property

New from 06. 01. 20 - Parkkoje - with sauna, fireplace, W-Lan, about 200 meters from the beach

The parking berth is located directly on the spa gardens of Breege Juliusruh - only a maximum of 200 meters from the beach.
The park bunk is a semi-detached house in conventional construction (stone on stone) with a 450 square meter garden, which borders directly on the spa Juliusruh and you can look at the property on this.
The parking bunk - like our other cottages too - is equipped with underfloor heating, sauna, woodburning stove, beach chair and all things that belong to a perfect holiday.
The hallway is separated from the living area, so you can enjoy the peace in the bedrooms, while the breakfast is already prepared in the kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters so you can really sleep "dark". There are 3 bedrooms with double beds available.

The pictures are currently set by our cottage Reetkoje. The parking bunk will be similarly equipped and furnished. Look in this portal also the reviews of the Reetkoje.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet. Das Geschirr und die Gläser sind nicht nur auf die Anzahl der Betten beschränkt, sondern drüber hinaus,. Bei den Gartenstühlen wäre es angenehm Auflagen zu haben. Alles andere war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr nett. Die Parkkoje bietet alles, was man benötigt, um einen tollen Urlaub an der Ostsee zu verbringen. Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes und solides Haus. Wohn-Ess-Bereich vom Treppenhaus durch eine Tür getrennt, dadurch keine Störung von Schlafenden durch Frühaufsteher. Gemütliche und geschmackvolle Möblierung. Bestens ausgestattete Küche mit guten Pfannen und scharfen Messern. Ideale Lage für Familien mit Kindern, direkt am Kurpark mit 2 Spielplätzen, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!!

Ruhig, entspannt und in einem tollen Zustand

Wir haben die Zeit in der Parkkoje gut geniessen können. Das Objekt ist in einem tollen Zustand, sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet alles für ein paar entspannte Tage. Warum dann nur 4 Sterne von uns? Bei jeder Bewegung knarzende Betten und der konsequente IKEA-Stil der Einrichtung (zB Couches ohne Kissen) haben bei uns (!) weniger Gemütlichkeit als erhofft aufkommen lassen.

Sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr ordentliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Beauftragten des Vermieters. Alles hatte hohes Niveau. Zum Baden sollte man,aus meiner Sicht, allerdings an die Schabe oder nach Glowe fahren.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Auch an regnerischen Tagen Erholung und Entspannung auf der Couch oder in der Sauna möglich. Nähe zum Strand und doch nicht wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Es ist einfach alles stimmig für den Start in einen tollen Urlaub und sehr schöne Erinnerungen!

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Objekt auf Rügen verbringen dürfen. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man am Strand der perfekt ist für einen Strandtag mit Kindern. Aber auch im Garten haben sich unsere drei Kinder (2,7,11) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man als Familie benötigt. Top ist vor allem die Waschmaschine, die man bei einem Strandurlaub mit Kindern nicht missen möchte. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Bollerwagen. Falls mal kein Strandbesuch ansteht kann man auf die nahegelegenen Spielplätze gehen oder einen Ausflug unternehmen. Auch in der Küche ist an alles gedacht und wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein Zauberhaft dekoriertes Häuschen in zentraler, strandnaher und doch ruhiger Lage! Gute Matrazen sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Küchenausstattung könnte erweitert werden (beispielsweise keine Teekanne). Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder! unkomplizierter Check In/Out durch Schlüsseltresor.
