Clean the coffee maker and other appliances you use. Turn off the AC's, TV's, coffee maker, lights, etc. Clean out the dryer lint trap after each use. Put all used towels in the laundry area.

Perfect Bocagrande Location

This property had a killer view and was ocean front. The location puts you near all the restaurants, shopping and 2 blocks from the big grocery store. They do provide a safe which I was pleased to have available. The host was great and Brian the property owner was always quick to respond.

Simply AMAZING!!

The property is very well located and very well maintained. Check-in was very easy and the property manager was very helpful. The building security is extremely helpful and always willing to call you a car or offer tips for recreation. As an American traveling to Colombia for the first time, this experience has definitely made me want to come back often.

A beautiful, well appointed condo.

Everything was perfect. One note to travelers, immigration at Cartagena airport has become difficult. 90 minutes on a Friday to get through customs. Consider traveling mid-week to avoid the crowds.

First timer.....

This was my first time in Columbia and I don't have one complaint. The property was fabulous, the views were to die for, and the location is perfect. The beach is within walking distance. Anything you need is within a 10 minute walk and taxis are constantly riding by. I will be returning soon.
