Beautiful resort architecture from the period of promoterism and Art Nouveau dominated Kühlungsborn and the neighboring villages Heiligendamm and Bad Doberan. Lovingly restored, it offers an inimitable flair that has long since attracted visitors from Germany and abroad, and not just in summer. Directly in the heart of Kühlungsborn (district West) in a very quiet location, surrounded by landscaped gardens, is the 2007 newly built Strandhus. Directly behind the house is a sunbathing area with lots of greenery. A parking space in the underground garage belongs to each apartment.

Beach shelter:
The apartment Strandmuschel is located on the upper floor of the house and is easily accessible by a staircase. The apartment, as well as the house itself, is bright and friendly and was decorated with great attention to detail in the country house style. Here you can feel comfortable!Living room: From the hall you come directly to the living room. Here are a sofa set with coffee table and an easy-to-use cable TV and sitting area. Balconies: The apartment has two balconies. Both are accessible from the living room and are located to the south and east side. Depending on the position of the sun, you can choose the most beautiful side. Bedroom: From the living room it is either directly into the kitchen or into the bedroom. This was also tastefully decorated and equipped with a double bed (separate mattresses, 160 x 200 cm). Since there is a second TV in the bedroom, you can - if you like - also watch TV from the bed. Kitchen: The kitchen consists of a 4-zone ceramic hob with recirculation hood, dishwasher, microwave with grill and baking function and fridge with 4-star freezer. Egg and kettle as well as coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery are also available. Bathroom: The bathroom can be reached from the hallway and consists of toilet, shower, hair dryer, bath stool and coin-operated washing machine. Other: • The initial equipment includes toilet paper, soap, detergent, dish soap, dishcloth, sponge, garbage bags, tabs for the dishwasher, coffee filters, pepper and salt and a welcome drink. • The beds in the beds are made of high quality synthetic fabric. • Non smoking apartment. A smoke possibility exists on one of the balconies! • Living space: generous 54 square meters - ideal for 2 people • On the TV you can connect your video camera / digital camera to watch your vacation pictures. Bookable additional services: • A linen package (bed linen, towels, tea towels) is available from us for 15, - € / person as a first-time equipment. You are also welcome to bring your own bed linen, then this eliminates the price. • You can surf the internet at no extra charge. All you need is a WLAN-enabled device. • Crib with bedding and duvet, high chair and baby bath can be provided at the time of booking. Special services: • Extra bed: An extra bed on a guest bed is possible and will be charged with 10, - € / night.
