Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 215: 3-room apartment close to the beach with balcony

The modern and spacious 3-room apartment 215 (approx. 60 m²), located on the 1st floor of Building A (no lift) and close to the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 wicker chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4 m² balcony (facing east towards the courtyard) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 100 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet (in the entryway), a chest of drawers, a wall mirror, and a chair.

The separate and additional 2nd bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a wall mirror.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, bathroom cabinet and shelf, towel warmer, hair dryer, and ample storage space.

The spacious entryway in the centre of your apartment features a wall-mounted coat rack with a mirror, a small cabinet, a spacious closet, and a small desk with a chair.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and can be used by all guests for a fee.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in the parking space (No. 215) assigned to your apartment in the courtyard of the residential complex. You can also park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large shower towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
