Muskoka Cottage Retreat on Private Lake

Welcome home! Our cottage offers lake and beach view, three comfortable bedrooms (all bedding and other linens included!), a gas grill, with access to hiking trails, paddle boards and other water toys, and wifi! The cottage is 1595 square feet, fully furnished, with post and beam construction. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with. all you'll need for dinners with family and friends. Unwind at the end of the day in front of the gas fireplace or our large jetted bathtub!

Local amenities abound! The cottage is located across from Diamond in the Ruff golf course (a beautifully maintained, 9-hole executive course), with many nearby opportunities for hiking, snow showing, and cross-country skiing. In the summer, enjoy the sparkling lake with water trampoline, rowboat, canoe, kayak, and paddle boards. The property boasts two fire pits and a private beach with ample picnic tables and Muskoka chairs.

Only 25 minutes from Bracebridge, Huntsville, and Port Carling. 15 minutes from Rousseau. We'll provide you with a list of must-visit local sites and restaurants.

Note: This cottage is one of 10 that shares the beach and lake amenities (but there are always plenty to go around!).

We are a family of 4 (plus two dogs) who visited this cottage at the Diamond in the Ruff cottage resort, and we loved it so much, we invested in the property. We can't use our space all the time, so we are sharing it with other families.

Why they chose this property

We are never as relaxed as we are when we are at the cottage. The view of the lake, the cozy chairs by the fire, the amazing beds, mattresses, linens, and towels... All the amenities at the beach and hiking and nature trails nearby. It's beautiful in every season. We loved remote working and schooling from the sun porch and while watching the snow fall on the lake. Come and visit and we know you will love it too!
