Enjoy this stylish 2-bedroom condo located on the 18th floor in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers, or a couple’s getaway. Beautifully designed bedrooms have 2 full-size beds in the 1st bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. The spacious living room is equipped with Smart TV, WIFI throughout, and a fully functioning kitchen.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24-hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Conveniently located in the historic Peachtree Towers, you will love the versatile space. The living room can be easily transformed into a business room. And the sofa easily converts into a bed, so the apartment can accommodate 6 people easily. An airbed is available upon request. You cannot get more Downtown than this perfectly located condo. 5-minute walk to the Peachtree Center, MARTA train station, and a 15-minute ride directly to the airport.

Secure check-in: There is a 24/7 concierge at the building and it is located at the main front entrance of the building. Please bring your valid ID for the check-in, we will let them know about your arrival. Let us know the names who are checking in so the concierge is aware and can cross-reference it with their reservations. You will be provided a digital code for the door and a fob (located in the unit). Please feel free to ask the concierge how to get to your apartment, elevator locations, etc. Or contact us anytime!
