Very nice and secure apartment. It was raining during our short stay, so we did not use the balcony much, but it was nice to have to step outside occasionally. Comfy bedding and beds. We loved the location, with just being a few short blocks to the outstanding aquarium and good restaurants.

Host was fantastic. Location for event at Mercedes Benz stadium was excellent. Concierge was super friendly and informative. Great restaurants very short distance away. Early morning coffee on balcony was awesome. VERY thoughtful host.

Downtown Condo

Very clean condo in a perfect location! Host was also very kind and quickly responded when we had questions. Parking was included, which was awesome. We felt safe in the building, and every single one of the concierges were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we come visit Atlanta! Thanks Kristy!

Close to everything.

I was surprised how close the property is to all the events we had planned for the weekend. The property was super clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again

Before booking, I always go to reviews to see other’s comments and ratings. In all the reviews, no one never mentioned that there are 2 liquor stores located at the bottom of the building and that people hang out there. Not only that, there was a police chase on one of the days. Some of the areas I checked inside the condo were not clean and the bed in the second bedroom was hard. They mention no smoking, but the whole building inside smelled like someone was smoking.

Great condo

Conveniently located within walking distance to State Farm Arena, Centennial Park, and great restaurants. The host communicated with us and had the condo spotless with a treat awaiting our arrival.

Great space and location

I was in a group of 3 people and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and relax. The space was clean and well kept. Kristy was a great host and very responsive to all our questions. The included parking space was very convenient. We walked to many attractions and great restaurants nearby. Overall a great space and a great location!

Perfect!

This is the BEST property to stay at for any downtown ATL event. We were there for CheerSport and so enjoyed our quiet time back at the apartment and the 2 bedrooms vs a hotel room! Great location and security at the building is top notch. Listing is accurate.. clean, updated and many supplies on hand. Owner was response to any questions-we will definitely book again!

Great location and fabulous host!

My husband and daughter were in town for a very large volleyball tournament at the Georgia World Congress Center. The condo was very clean and well stocked and was very convenient to walk to everywhere around the area. It was awesome to have a dedicated parking space and the check-in and checkout process was very convenient. Our host was extremely flexible and responsive and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could make it to our event on time. We would 100% stay here again and had no complaints.

Convenient location

This attractive condo was so conveniently located within walking distance of Americas Mart with many food options. The condo was well decorated, clean and comfy. A very secure building with reserved parking close by. Kristi was very responsive for additional information. The security staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Short stay

There was no bathing soap, one of the hand towel was stained and should be removed. Potatoes chips was in one of the chairs in the living room. Overall the stay was good and being walking distance to the conference center was nice.

The condo was in a great location for doing some sightseeing in Atlanta. It was our first time visiting Atlanta. Lots of sirens and a shooting Happened outside the building in front of the liquor store one night but we felt safe in the condo. The condo is decorated really cute. We are glad we rented it. Thank you.

Love that this building has a concierge and a locked entry. The unit is a perfect size and is well stocked. The balcony is an added bonus. Although it was loud outside, the unit is quiet. Would definitely rent this again! SO much better than staying in a hotel room and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (AND a kitchen) it is MUCH more cost effective.

Great location! Had a nice stay!

We come to Atlanta pretty often for weekend events and would definitely stay here again. The location is really nice and safe - parking was a breeze, the reserved spot is very easy to find and pull in/out of. Unit was clean and comfy. Check-in process was a bit unique and has to be done at a concierge - we had to wait in a 20 minute line for other people to check-in to their vacation rentals. Definitely do not forget your ID because it is required to go beyond the lobby. I like that for safety reasons anyway, though. Unit had a nice little balcony too!

Kristy’s place was great. Everything was as advertised. And amazingly centrally located. A six or seven minute walk to the aquarium and world of coca cola. The parking spot might be perfect for you, as it was directly behind the building. Sadly for us the lot was being resurfaced, but Kristy procured parking for us a block or two away. Worked out just fine. So nice not to have to worry about where you can park. The building was quiet and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, everyone commented that they slept well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Kristy!
