The house was great! It was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Great communication with the host.

I give it 3 out 3 stars! Clean, Comfy, and Cute!

We stayed for a long weekend visit to tour ETSU and surrounding areas. Digital key was amazing and nice to not have to carry a key around! Everything was clean and the house is well stocked with what you need for coffee (yes even k-pods) cooking, or even doing your own laundry! We will be seeing if this place is available upon future visits!

Baby shower stay

We enjoyed the little green house. It was cozy and clean. There was a problem with the heater, but when notified, the host immediately brought portable heaters for us. Our family gathered here for games and fun in the evenings. It was a pleasant stay for us.

Graduation weekend stay

Caitlin’s house is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable and we felt we had everything we needed. We found the location to be very convenient to ETSU. We had some minor difficulty with the check in process, but these issues were resolved quickly and Caitlin was very apologetic for the miscommunication. Overall a good stay. Thank you!
