Welcome to our modern “Herz-Oase,” newly renovated in August 2021, located near Lake Constance on the quiet outskirts of Eigeltingen.
This lovingly furnished, spacious ground-floor apartment (117 m²) is perfect for relaxing family vacations or couples’ getaways for up to 6 people.

The open-concept dining and living area features a 75" smart TV with Wi-Fi and a pull-out couch. The cozy reading nook invites you to relax and unwind.
Enjoying breakfast outdoors is no problem on the covered balcony, which features a pull-out table and comfortable patio furniture.
Cooking together is fun in the well-equipped kitchen, even with several people. A drip coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, milk frother, and electric kettle—each with a weekend starter supply of coffee and tea—are available.
The modern bathrooms invite you to either soak in the freestanding tub or take a shower in the walk-in shower. The larger bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, double sink, bathtub, and hair dryer; the smaller one features a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and a washing machine.
Bedroom 1 features a comfortable box-spring bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), a wall-mounted TV, a dresser, and a small workspace. There is enough room here for a baby crib (for children up to one year old). This, as well as a high chair, can be booked upon request.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with two pull-out beds (each measuring 2 x 0.8 m x 2.00 m). This provides sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people.
In the immediate vicinity (about a 10-minute walk), the Lochmühle amusement park invites visitors to enjoy activities such as dining, a petting zoo, ATV and UTV rides, a playground, and horse-drawn carriage rides.
The Langenstein and Steißlingen golf courses are each a 10-minute drive away.
The nearest public beach in Bodman is approximately 14 km away.
The center of Konstanz is 33 km away, Radolfzell is 16 km away, and Überlingen is 29 km away. Schaffhausen / Rhine Falls (Switzerland) can be reached in 35 minutes.
The central location is ideal for day trips around Lake Constance (including Switzerland and Austria), the Black Forest, and the Danube Valley. Additional tips for leisure activities are available on-site.
A free parking space is available right in front of the house. Towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included in the price.
