House Mediterran at Lake Constance

Our lovingly designed vacation home extends over two floors and has three bedrooms, which offer a total of seven sleeping possibilities. On the first floor there is a spacious triple room and a spacious bathroom, which is equipped with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a heated towel rail and a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, a separate toilet and two cozy double bedrooms await you. The spacious kitchen with dining table is invitingly designed and connected to the living room by an open archway.

The living room, which also offers access to the balcony, invites you to stay and relax with a spacious couch, a cozy sitting area with a reading lamp and a TV.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Umgebung.

Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt, die Kommunikation vorher und während des Aufenthaltes sowie der gesamte Check-in Prozess war absolut zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Lediglich die Tatsache, dass das dritte Zimmer extra kostet und daher abgeschlossen war, das war uns vorher nicht klar, wurde aber sehr schnell geklärt. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist top, die der Küche ist für 3 Personen wirklich gut. Was die Lage angeht, so haben wir alle Ausflüge mit dem PKW unternommen und waren zufrieden. Vielen lieben Dank für die vorher ausgelegten Prospekte, die haben uns auch etwas geholfen. Bei der Lage sollte man auch bedenken, dass die Bundesstraße direkt in der Nähe ist, was gut für die Erreichbarkeit ist, aber durchaus im Haus zu hören war, das hat uns aber nicht all zu sehr gestört.

NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT im Sommer

Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Verkehrskreisel, an dem bis spät in die Nacht reger Straßenverkehr herrscht. Aufgrund der Lärmbelästigung durch die verzögernden und wieder beschleunigenden Autos und Motorräder sind die Außenbereiche (Terrasse und Garten) nicht nutzbar - wir sind nach einer Übernachtung wieder abgereist.Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war wirklich sehr sauber.

Hervorragend - zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 3 schöne Wochen verbracht. Man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, auch unser Hunde haben sich Wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schön, nur zu kurz

Um wirklich alle Vorzüge zu genießen, einschließlich des Gartens, muss man für länger als nur eine gute Woche kommen. Super-reichhaltige Ausstattung, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Welch ein Lichtblick nach der so langen Saure-Gurken-Zeit durch Corona!
