Private Beach No Hassle.... 3 miles from Rosemary/Alys beach Sleeps 2

Located across the street from the Gulf and only a few yards from the beach access. Our newly renovated townhome with a spacious living/dining/kitchen area and bedroom on the second level. A King bedroom which opens to the balcony facing the Gulf side, a peekaboo view of the water, and a private bath. We also have a great outside shower with H & C water. And you are only 10-15 minutes from Rosemary Beach and 30A and 10 minutes to Pier Park.

Great location

The townhouse is in a great location, out of the way of the crowds, but still close to popular areas. Host was very responsive and nice.

Nice place

Nice place for 3 people. Any more people than that would be a little small. We did not use the stove but it is old and missing knobs. No ice maker.

They understand it is much nicer to have a comfortable, clean cozy home or apartment to enjoy instead of a hotel room when you are traveling. This is why they decided to purchase this townhome, and make it a fun and comfortable environment to enjoy at the beach.

Why they chose this property

This two bedroom townhome is directly across the street from a marvelous beach lined with sugar white sand and emerald green water. And sitting on the second floor covered balcony, you can see a glimpse of the emerald green waters of the Gulf.

What makes this property unique

The townhome is less than 2 minutes away from two major grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants, but more importantly, it is across the street from the beach and also just about 3 miles to the east of Rosemary Beach. Jessie and Bert have created a warm atmosphere for their guests, including a neat & tidy bedroom with a KING bed which opens to the upstairs balcony. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is perfect for rinsing when you come back from the beach. Plus parking is not an issue, just right outside the front of the unit with a relaxing porch swing.
