On departure Saturday / Sunday in season A and B a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented, if they are not already included. Super Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es war alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dank der guten Matratzen haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr nett,vund sowohl für eine spätere Anreise als auch eine frühere Abreise gab es sehr pragmatische und komfortable Lösungen. Durch bequeme Gartenstühle und vorhandene Liegen könnte man auch einfach Mal eine schöne Zeit im Garten/ auf der Terrasse verbringen. Das Internet und WLAN hat auch stabil funktioniert. Das der Bäcker mit Lebensmittel nur 2 Häuser weiter war, war auch sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist einfach genial für Fahrradtouren zu den umliegenden Stränden oder Orten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die tolle Sauna haben wir uns nur von außen angeschaut, weil das Wetter während unserers Urlaubs so gut und warm war, dass wir die Zeit lieber draußen verbrachten. Vielleicht ergibt sich beim nächsten Besuch eine Gelegenheit sie zu nutzen. Von uns eine volle Weiterempfehlung!

Erholsamer Urlaub auf dem Darss

Ferienhaus war zweckmäßig eingerichtet ,sauber und ruhig gelegen. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die vorhandene Sauna die wir öfters benutzt haben. Wer die Natur liebt und gerne Fahrradtouren unternimmt ist auf Darss - Zingst am richtigen Platz. Das Ferienhaus können wir nur empfehlen.

Schönes gemütliches Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, der Garten mit Terasse sehr schön. Die Terasse ist von der Strasse nicht einsehbar. Und zum Nachbarhaus durch eine hohe Hecke getrennt. Allerdings sind nur 2 Liegen vorhanden. Die Sauna ist zwar klein aber völlig ausreichend, wir haben sie zu dritt genutzt. Internetverbindung war gut, gelkegentlich viel allerdings die Internetverbindung aus, WLAN lief stabil. Im Schuppen war Platz für 3 Fahrräder.

Tolle Wohnung für eine Auszeit vom Stress

Wir geben 5 Sterne für alles und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zustand der Wohnung war 1A und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Highlights waren die Sauna, eine gut eingerichtete Küche sowie ein gutes Internet. Farblich ist alles sehr gut abgestimmt und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für das nächste Mal würden wir uns eine kleine „Bedienungsanleitung“ für die wichtigsten Dinge (Heizung, Sauna, Müll, ...) wünschen. Diese Wohnung empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt für eine Belegung bis zu 4 Personen.
