From this beautiful apartment enjoy both from the sofa and from the balcony a magnificent view of the Salzhaff. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and runs over two levels (no elevator in the house). Especially appreciated at this small resort is the in-house spa area with indoor pool, sauna and solarium.
Living and cooking
In the lower part of the apartment there is the spacious living area with sitting and dining area as well as the integrated kitchenette. From this room you can also access the beautiful balcony, where four people can sit comfortably. On this floor there is also a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor and thus into the second separate bedroom. The apartment is located in the beautiful apartment complex "Residenz am Kurhaus", idyllically situated between Salzhaff and Baltic Sea. The paths to the beach as well as the nearest shops, restaurants and cafes are short. Thus, the car can safely stand in the garage.

The sauna can be used on Tuesdays (16. 00 - 19. 00 o'clock only women, 19. 00 - 21. 30 o'clock mixed), Fridays (16. 00 - 21. 30 o'clock mixed) as well as on Saturdays used (16. 00 - 20. 00 Clock mixed).

Schöne Lage, aber miserable Ausstattung

Großzügig zugeschnittene Wohnung über zwei Etagen, Balkon mit schönem Blick aufs Haff, Tiefgarage. Aber abgewohnte bis schäbige und z.T. defekte bzw. zerschlissene Einrichtung von billiger Qualität; Teppiche und Gardinen verfleckt und unappetitlich, blankgesessenes Sofa für maximal 3 Personen ,Toaster und zwei Balkonstühle defekt (wurden aber durch die Verwaltung ersetzt), praktisch keine Arbeitsfläche in der Küchenzeile, man kann sich nicht einmal eine Tiefkühlpizza in den Ofen schieben, da kein Backofen vorhanden; stiefmütterlich eingerichtete obere Etage, nur zwei Betten mit kleinen Nachttischchen, keinerlei Stauraum für Kleidung; der Schrank im Schlafzimmer, der teilweise mit Bettzeug belegt ist, muss für alle reichen. Geradezu lieblos: eine eingerahmte Reklame für ein Schmerzmittel als "Bild" an der Wand Insgesamt bleibt die Wohnung weit hinter den Erwartungen, die in der Anzeige geweckt werden, zurück. Der Preis für dieses Objekt ist aus unserer Sicht jedoch saftig.

Tolle, ruhige Lage!

Erholsamer Urlaub in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ostsee und zum Salzhaff! Wir haben den Strand mit Promenade und Wander- und Radwegen genossen. Viele Sport- und Ausflugsmöglich- keiten in der Nähe. Die Grundsauberkeit in der Wohnung war in Ordnung, allerdings gab es manche Ecken, die scheinbar schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt wurden (hinter dem Radio oder hinter den Nachtschränkchen). Die Sauberkeit in den Fluren und im Treppenhaus des Hauses ließ zu wünschen übrig!!! Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Lage und Größe der Wohnung war Top. Aber für den Preis noch die Wohnung besenrein zu hinterlassen und die Bettwäsche abziehen war nicht so gut . Zudem war im Preis das Schwimmbad mit inbegriffen. Leider war das Schwimmbad geschlossen. Fazit: Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber viel zu teuer.
