The approx. 54m² holiday apartment is located in a beautiful location between Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea beach. From the sheltered terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings as far as the Salzhaff as part of the Baltic Sea. The ground floor apartment offers space for four holiday guests in two bedrooms. A special highlight of this beautiful holiday home is the possibility to use the in-house wellness area without additional fees (exception: solarium). This is available all year round and is particularly popular in the cooler season.

Living and cooking
In the living room there is a comfortable seating area with a view of the modern flat screen TV or the terrace as well as an integrated kitchenette with its own dining area. Of course, you can also write, play or tinker here - the table offers enough space for this. The kitchenette is equipped with a modern ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The breakfast rolls can be bought directly from the baker in the small holiday complex. There is a bathroom and a spacious terrace. The central location of the apartment allows you to do your shopping in a short time. Restaurants, cafes and many small shops are within easy walking distance. You can safely leave your car in the underground car park (maximum entry height: 2.00 meters).

Absolut keine Empfehlung !!!

Sehr schöne Lage und vom Prinzip her auch schöne Ferienwohnung. Aber !!!! Sehr schmutzig !!!!!! Haben mehrere Telefonate mit dem Verwalter geführt. Bei Abreise wurden alle Mängel schriftlich aufgeführt und in der Wohnung hinterlassen. Leider kam keine Reaktion. Nach einiger Zeit wurde der Verwalter nochmals telefonisch kontaktiert. Wir verlangten eine Stellungnahme und Entschuldigung . Es sind jetzt 7 Monate vergangen. Es kam NICHTS !!!! Decken, Kopfkissen, Vorhänge, Auflagen für Gartenmöbel waren ekelhaft dreckig. Es war einfach nur eine Zumutung. Sollten die diversen Mängel nicht abgestellt werden, können wir absolut keine Weiterempfehlung geben. Wir können nur davon abraten.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung, gute Ausstattung. Das Einzige was gefehlt hat waren Fliegengitter an den Fenster und Plissees an den Schlafzimmern. An der wohnung laufen sehr viele Leute vorbei, weil direkt der Weg zum Haff daran vorbei führt und tagsüber möchte man die Verdunklungs. Gardinen nicht zuziehen. Ansonsten alles super. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen

Empfehlenswert

Tolle Lage zwischen Haff und Ostsee, Bäckerei nahe, gute Ausstattung. Einzig Fliegengitter fehlen noch.

Lage gut, Ort gemütlich, Sauberkeit ok

Nachdem wir eingecheckt haben und die Anlage erkundet haben, mussten wir erfahren, dass das Schwimmbad geschlossen hat. Nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur, steht der Hinweis der Schließung in der Objektbeschreibung.. haha, irgendwo im Kleingedruckten und nicht direkt unter dem Passus WELLNESS / SCHWIMMBAD. Eine ziemliche Frechheit. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Kein Backofen vorhanden, wo gibt es das noch? Etwas Spark ist in Dusche und Fenstern ist dafür inklusive gewesen. Die Lage war sehr gut. Platz für 4 war auch gegeben.

Ankommen und Ruhe finden

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung. Haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Evtl mal eine größere Pfanne um Fisch zu backen. Ansonsten alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Leckere Bäckerei ums Eck und das Meer vor der Nase. Was will man meer:)Grins!
