The 2012 newly built apartment in Rerik is modern and friendly. On approx. 80 m², it offers space for four, maximum eight people over two floors. It has a spacious living room with two sofas and satellite TV and a built-in high quality kitchen. To relax, invites an infrared heat cabin. In the two bedrooms next to the double bed or two sliding single beds travel cots. The kitchen of the apartment has a fridge, ceramic hob, a built-in oven with grill function, dishwasher and much more. The two bathrooms are equipped with spacious, walk-in showers without glass walls. Seating on the balcony and on the terrace or Meadow, a portable barbecue and a parking lot are also at guests' disposal. In the colder months, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth (floor covering: laminate and tiles). If required, children's travel cot and children's highchair will be provided free of charge (please register in advance).

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und für Familien mit zwei Kindern passend. An der Wohnung haben uns aber ein paar Dinge sehr gestört. 1. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer haben sehr laut geknarrt. 2. Die Kopfkissen in allen Betten waren extrem klein. 3. Die WC Spülung war defekt, ist durchgelaufen. 4. Sämtliche Ablagen im Haus, sowie in den Schränken sind mit Gegenständen zugestellt. Scheinbar vom Besitzer. Extrem war es in der Küche und im Bad. Man konnte nichts von dem was man in einen Urlaub mitnimmt, vernünftig verstauen. Ich würde die Wohnung weder selber nochmal buchen, noch würde ich sie anderen empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist optimal für zwei Paare geeignet, da zwei Duschbäder vorhanden sind, die sich wie die Schlafräume, auf zwei verschiedenen Ebenen befinden. Leider knarren die Betten extrem, was der Nachtruhe nicht dienlich ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man braucht nur paar Schritte zu gehen und ist am Salzhaff. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, da hatten wir bei dem Preis für die Endreinigung etwas mehr erwartet. Da man bei der Vermieter - Agentur über unsere Fotos entsetzt war, man uns auch entschädigt hat, gehen wir davon aus, dass es in Zukunft besser wird!
