A lovingly furnished ground-floor holiday rental for up to 6 people. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay and make this the perfect choice for seniors, families, or couples. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the furnished terrace overlooking the Bay of Mecklenburg. It’s 750 metres to the beach / dog beach.

69 lovingly furnished square metres for up to 6 people

Your holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the Cottage in Gutspark Rerik, built in 2022, and is accessible to people with limited mobility. A parking space is located right next to the house. Bicycles can also be parked in a fenced-in area (though not covered). There’s even an e-bike charging station.

The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, 2 armchairs, and a flat-screen smart TV, inviting you to enjoy cosy evenings together. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures pleasant warmth even during the cooler months.

- High-quality appliances including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and many other cooking utensils

- Each with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and hair dryer

- With a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe

On the furnished terrace (4 chairs and 1 table, 80x80 cm), you can enjoy the fresh air by the Bay of Mecklenburg. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area open fully.
