Modern and cozy semi-detached house (about 75 m²) located in a traffic-calmed holiday village just 150 meters from the beach and the cliffs. The cottage has two separate bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with double bed and single bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Also upstairs is the bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor is a modern furnished living room available. Integrated into the dining area with Essisch and Stühen and the fully equipped kitchenette with stove-oven, refrigerator and much more. Also on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet. Standard features of the house: a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, satellite TV, gas central heating and a parking space at the house.

Ein schönes Haus mit super Lage, jedoch fehlt eindeutige WLAN. Auch könnte es im oberen Bad sauberer sein, die Zahnpasta Spuren vom Vorgänger waren noch überall sichtbar. Auch klemmt die Tür zur Terrasse hin etwas.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Urlaubsort und Umgebung waren aus der Vorzeit bekanntund gut. Haus 16 war zufriedenstellend, alles für dentäglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Betten etwas in die Jahregekommen ( leichter Modergeruch unter den Matratzen )Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Rerik und Umgebung immer wieder, das Haus nicht!

Das Haus hat seine beste Zeit verwirkt. Wir haben es am Feiertag übernommen ohne die Verwaltung. Das Licht im Flur defekt, die Terrassentür defekt, die Toiletten nicht sauber… es fehlte der Müllraumschlüssel und so weiter. Dennoch war unser Urlaub schön.

Haus 16, Leuchtturmstraße Rerik

Einrichtung/Möbel neuwertig und gemütlich, Terrasse mit Glasüberdachung, großer Parkplatz am Haus, ruhig gelegen. Sauberkeit verbesserungsbedürftig. Handtücher im Wäschepaket in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Großes Manko: KEIN WLAN (nicht zeitgemäß).

Schönes Haus mit starkem Liebesbedarf

Das Haus liegt wunderbar und ist schön. Viele Details der Ausstattung sind lieblos, z.B. zusammengewürfeltes Porzellan, wenige Trinkgläser, verdreckte Topflappen, Ofen so eingebaut, dass Einstellungen nicht ablesbar... Leider war die Endreinigung nicht oder nur im Wohnzimmer erfolgt, Im Badewimmer oben waren noch Zahnpastareste am Spiegel, die Becher benutzt, der Boden gesprenkelt. In der Küche stand das Abtauwasser im Kühlschrank. Die Agentur meinte dazu nur, wir hätten "als Notfall sofort" anrufen sollen, zur Bürozeit sei es zu spät reklamiert. Die Kosten für Endreinigung sind verschenktes Geld. .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Häuschen.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Nachts das Meeresrauschen, herrlich. Die Sauberkeit ist ok...noch Luft nach oben z.B. könnten die Fenster mal ausgiebig geputzt werden. Auch das Badezimmerfenster könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Ist dicht, aber halt optisch nicht mehr so schön. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig.
