About this property

Cozy apartment in the south Eifel

Unfortunately I can not show photos of the apartment, because we are still working on it. But we have the 1. October set as a goal.
The floors are finished now, the bedrooms are standing. The kitchen is for the most part granted

The apartment has about 80 m², d. H. just right for 2 to 4 people.
Outskirts on a quiet residential street.

As a starting point for many interesting day trips is Badem very well.
Goals are z. Ex. Bitburg, Trier Wittlich, volcanoes, Moselle, Luxembourg, Manderscheid, Landscheid, Spangdahlem.
Motorcycle tours through the Eifel and Luxembourg. My husband (also a motorcyclist) is happy to help with the tour planning

Das Kücheninventar ist ein zusammengewürfeltes Sammelsurium. Besteck, Teller, Tassen, Schüsseln, einfach alles. Hier sollte es möglich sein für vier!!! Personen einheitliche Gedecke zu gestalten.

Vielen Dank für Ihre konstruktive Bewertung.. Es ist immer wieder schwierig dem Besteck- und Handtuchschwund nachzukommen. Ich werde mich bemühen neues Besteck für die Küche zu besorgen, sobald das Lockdown - Minus und Kosten durch Flutschäden vom Juli 2021 ausgeglichen sind. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Sonja

Gute Unterkunft mit freundlichen Gastgebern

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt einfach ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben.

Mitten im Wandergebiet

Die Kommunikation verlief im Vorfeld professionell. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung; das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir waren bei unserem erweiterten Wochenendurlaub sehr zufrieden.

Ruhige Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, interessante Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar, ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind im Ort. Wir wünschten uns die Wohnung wäre besser beheizbar gewesen und aufgeräumte.

Hallo , schade dass ihr Grund zur Beanstandungen hattet . Es wäre ein leichtes gewesen uns auf die Heizung anzusprechen , da wir im gleichen Haus wohnen . Die Heizung ist tatsächlich ausgeschaltet , da noch nie jemand Anfang Juni die Heizung gewünscht hat. Schöne Grüße aus der Eifel Sonja
