Trapper's Landing 1

Trapper's Landing 1 is a large corner property townhome with 4-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms, and a sleeping den. There's space for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the kitchen bar - talk about the perfect location for a family gathering!

The ground level features the open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, access to the main balcony, and a half bathroom. The top level features the master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom and balcony), second bedroom, third bedroom, and a full bathroom. The bottom level features the sleeping den, fourth bedroom, a full bathroom, and access to the patio with private hot tub.

From the balconies off both the master bedroom and living room, you'll enjoy a fantastic view of some of the ski runs on Mt Morrisey - maybe you'll even start your morning by picking your lines right from home!

The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, the third bedroom features two sets of bunkbeds, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed, and the sleeping den features a sofabed.

Additional Rules:
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
