With a serene lakefront setting and plenty of room to spread out, this expansive six-bedroom home makes for a great family or group getaway. You’ll be near golf, walking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, and central Houston is around 25 miles away. The non-motorized boat launch for Lake Houston is a little over a mile away.

At home, you’ll love the view from the waterfront back yard. Relax with some sweet tea or fire up the grill for a family barbecue while the kids play in the fenced space. Upstairs, you’ll find a quiet waterfront balcony, ideal for a good book.

Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, an open living space, and two walls of windows that bring the view inside. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime between the kitchen table, breakfast bar, and formal dining room. Those with remote work will appreciate the dedicated office, and movie-lovers will adore not only the soft leather reclining sofas in the main living room, but especially the movie room upstairs, with elevated, movie-style seating and a projector screen. The full-sized pool table makes for more fun family diversion. At the end of a fun day, six well-appointed bedrooms await.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
